She has done her physiotherapy from the very renowned Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical college, Mumbai. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment Approach from the NDTA (USA). She has worked in the field of Paediatrics for past 6 years. She is been trained under the pioneer of NDT in India, Dr. Asha Chitnis and currently working as a senior physiotherapist in Prayatna child development centre. She has a keen interest in early intervention and treatment of children with Motor delay. She has attended various conferences and seminars in neurophysiotherapy, sensory integration and rib cage mobility. She has won 1st prize for her poster “aquatic therapy for children with cerebral palsy” at the National conference of the Indian association of physiotherapy and in International medical student’s conference – Trinity. She is an active member of NDT association USA, Indian Academy of Cerebral Palsy. Dedicated to continuing her education and evolving her skills, she consistently thrives to evolve her practice with a holistic child centered approach using the most current, evidence based literature.
